A Few Words About Dave
After over 30 years in small business and a love for telling his story of lesson’s learned, Dave Frinton would like to share his experiences with you. Dave has produced over 700 special events, was a pioneer in a now multi billion dollar business (but unfortunately he did not cash in on it!), and still runs one of Canada’s highest producing travel businesses.
Dave has had many successful people over the years share their secrets with him and he has always been grateful and indebted to them for doing so and recognizes how important it is to listen and learn from others. Dave is now trying to pass on his accumulated knowledge to a younger generation with his seminars.
Dave (now 52) has been fortunate enough to have lived a tremendous and adventurous life which has included traveling to all 7 continents. He has worked on projects that he wanted to (versus had to) and almost always made time to have fun and be passionate on doing tasks at hand - plus he has made a very decent living (but not multimillions!).
By reading his story and coming to one of his seminars, you will pick up many useful pointers. Your time with Dave will motivate and help you should you be considering going into business for yourself or if you already are, you will be sure to find some new ideas. If you prefer the security of working for someone else and would like to make more of a difference for your company, hopefully what you learn will lead to better pay, security and respect.
It is about finding your passion, being realistic in your expectations and having the right balance in business and more importantly life.
